Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the strategic aspects of going public, including market timing, pricing, and structure.
- Preparing Investment deck Portfolio to make company ready for public listing
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuations to determine the companys worth and optimize the offering price.
- Ensure all necessary regulatory requirements are met and adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Develop and manage relationships with potential investors and analysts, preparing materials such as prospectus, presentations, and press releases.
- Work closely with underwriters, legal advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful public listing process.
- Analyze market conditions and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and strategies for the public listing.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the process.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advisory roles with a focus on public listings in the countries like London, Luxemburg & Geneva.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment banking, and public listing processes.
- Strong analytical and valuation skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and using financial software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
