Role: Cards Portfolio Management

Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Client issuing business and priorities;
- Effectively direct portfolio analysis using Mastercard and Client tools and platforms;
- Keep track of portfolio health through key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide and correct variances;
- Manages the entire lifecycle of card products, from launch to retention, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Identify and make recommendations to enhance the Clients issuing business organization (functions required, roles, responsibilities, training requirements);
- Works with marketing and sales teams to develop effective customer acquisition strategies, including targeted campaigns and partnerships;
- Implements strategies to retain existing customers, such as loyalty programs, personalized offers, and excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; and
- Actively and efficiently liaison with Mastercard Product, and Account Management functions as and when required;
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in portfolio analysis, card product development and LCM.
- Experience creating and managing card portfolio with proven results
- Demonstrates knowledge of issuing regulatory requirements
