Owner of the end-to-end customer experience with Issuer Banks (Acquisition, on boarding, etc.)
Assist in building differentiated product proposition, keeping ahead of the competition, and aligning to global / regional market needs
Monitor acquisition of Meeza Cards with Issuer Banks
Assist in Business Partners relationship to evaluate the new opportunities, improve product functionality and drive business growth
Assist in CVM Loyalty Marketing Calendar
Assist in Manage Merchants Contracting
Work closely with different internal teams to launch National / Tactical Campaigns with Banks & Manage Communication materials with different stakeholders
Monitor Campaign KPI's & Perform analysis post Campaign results
Support in launching / Introducing New Products
Review all channels of communications for Meeza Cards Website, Instagram when it comes to Cards related content
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
8+ years experience in the same field
Background experience in Banking, Fintech industries
Good analytical skills, problem solving
Very good knowledge of MS Office: specially Excel, PowerPoint
Very good command of English in both verbal & written
