Summary:
This position is responsible of selling, marketing and promoting all Cargo services in AFGL that are in the most current portfolio. This position is also responsible to explain, convince and communicate all services to spread awareness and convince the customers to use the services provided by Fouad Cargo Agency. Maintains professional internal and external relationships as per company core values and proactively establishes and maintains effective work relationships with all support departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains and expands business in the assigned area.
Negotiates agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
Expands existing customer base by recognizing opportunities in consultation with Sales Manager.
Creates awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence to generate future sales including meeting with potential customers.
Develops sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strictly follows company guidelines and policies.
Preforms other duties related to the job as assigned by immediate supervisor
Required Educational Level:
Minimum Bachelor Degree along with IATA Certification (preferable)
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in related field.
