Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager.
- The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating immigration cases for clients.
- The role involves handling documentation, liaising with government authorities, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Canada & Australian immigration policies and procedures
- Must have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Canada & Australia immigration process.
- Experience in case management and client support
- Should have knowledge of Skill Assessment & EOIs lodging
- Manage the preparation and submission of all Canada & Australia applications
- Monitor profiles and proactively address all cases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
