Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager.
  • The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating immigration cases for clients.
  • The role involves handling documentation, liaising with government authorities, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Canada & Australian immigration policies and procedures
  • Must have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Canada & Australia immigration process.
  • Experience in case management and client support
  • Should have knowledge of Skill Assessment & EOIs lodging
  • Manage the preparation and submission of all Canada & Australia applications
  • Monitor profiles and proactively address all cases
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
