Monitor and ensure update portal documents regularly and all documents are accurately filed and accessible.
Prepare proposals and quotations for clients and assist in sales processes and follow up with potential leads.
Support the operations team with administrative tasks and coordinate with the accounts team to maintain and organize documents.
Work closely with insurance companies to process health insurance applications and communicate and follow up with insurance providers to ensure timely processing.
Handle VAT, ISO, ICV, and ADNOC registration processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
Assist clients with business setup, PRO services, health insurance, and bank account opening in the UAE and provide up-to-date information to clients regarding the progress of their applications.
Coordinate with corporate clients for business support, PRO services, and corporate bank account opening.
Manage ADNOC registration and pre-qualification processes.
Registering Clients in portal and Raising requests sharing invoice and Follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business setup processes in the UAE.
Proficiency in using PRO Portals and related software's.
