Job Purpose:
Responsible to provide support in developing ,leading and organizing the marketing of the Bank's corporate products (financing facilities, private placements, project finance, Cash Management and Trade new products) aimed at quality customer service and maximum contribution to the growth and profits of the Bank without exposing it to undue risk.
Key Accountabilities:
Support Cash Management, Trade Products and services Offered to Wholesale Bank customers, and in charge of bottom line revenues related to these products.
Implementation of new initiatives and product developments within Cash Management, Trade which will contribute to product revenue streams.
Product development and new initiatives management.
Interfacing with Treasury teams to identify the best strategic interaction methods.
Develop detailed workflow procedures for product plan.
Staffing and setting up the Unit structure in terms of product managers and implementation team, as required.
Interface with senior management on progress of the Cash Management and Trade business.
Deliver effective product launches ensuring that all aspects are managed by the relevant specialist's areas including marketing, communications, training, systems, operational availability and governance.
Responsible for commercially driving liquidity product performance through analysis and understanding of the following decision making tools / KPIs:
Key trends (both current and forecast).

Identify customer issues with a view of key trends and emerging issues.
Ability to understand the technical details of Islamic Liquidity products and to be able to investigate and develop step changes to the ways in which Liquidity products are delivered in order to increase customer satisfaction and cut costs of delivery.
Monitor product performances, to ensure proactive actions are agreed and identify enhancements to drive out improvements and ensure continuous results.
Identify and deliver product cost reductions/service enhancements being accountable for achieving cost reduction/service enhancement targets
Own and adapt as necessary product documentation and procedures being accountable for all Sharia, Compliance, legal and regulatory requirements of each product, including publication on internet, intranet and in external communications.
Understand the end to end customer experience of the product: maximise customer delight through optimising servicing models and sales support
Manage the day-to-day for Corporate Liabilities products in terms of Special rates in order to ensure maximum earning & customer's satisfaction.
Key Customer Relationship
Maintain regular contacts with prime customers to sort any internal/ departmental issues with immediate action.
Guide subordinates to offer the client's distinguished services within timely manner.
Coordinate with Relationship managers and Product Sales to achieve the most efficient product and service are meeting clients need.
Work extensively with Corporate RMs and Sales team to ensure achieving budgeted revenue for Cash and Trade products including liability products.
Provide the sales team and Corporate RM pricing decisions and quotation especially for liability products to ensure ADIB profitability and targets.
Marketing & Competition
Offer and explain to customers the variety of Cash Management and Trade solutions and work on catering solutions to meet customer's needs.
Work in Identifying channels that will ensure expansion of business with existing clientele base & achieve portfolio growth.
Enhance product efficiency through revising process, automation, e-solution, integration etc
Continually monitor practices of competition and report findings to Product Head and GTS Head and Wholesale Head.
Monitor global market new technology released that might be suitable / feasible to the bank for implementation.
Management Skills
Check regularly the quality of service provided by the team to clients to fulfill all customers requests. Ensure no deviation from SLA to be reported & no complaints from customers.
Maintain professional communication/ relationship with all other departments and ensure same is also maintained by each subordinate.
Ensure healthy environment to encourage teamwork spirit among subordinates.
Business Planning, Goals & Achievements
Conduct and contribute to the formulation & development of the Unit's Business Plan and targets including development of new products and ideas to serve existing clients as well as to pitch for new clients in line with Corporate Banking objectives.
Cross Selling
Keep-up the awareness of the corporate team of the products that are offered by the Bank to ensure that team members are knowledgeable about the product feature / proposition.
Cross reference of business opportunities to other relevant lines of business (i.e. retail, Treasury, etc)
Management Information Systems & Reporting
Available MIS reports that provide details for monitoring/managing portfolio and Cash /Trade products. Any issues to be raised/escalated with related stakeholders.
Abide by Bank's Policies
Ensure awareness and adherence of all team members to all internal and external policies and regulations, besides team's strong knowledge on Islamic offerings.
Process Improvement / Product Development / New initiatives
Provide recommendations to improve the current procedures and processes to ensure that work is carried out in an efficient manner.
Support in Driving Continuous Improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service.
Train and educate the organization and implement continuous improvement and new initiatives.
And any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
minimum 7 years of experience.
