Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through banquet sales and outdoor catering services. This role requires a strong sales acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and budgets for banquet sales and outdoor catering services. You will be paid a fix percentage as commission per Event sale.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to promote the company's catering services.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and operations staff to ensure seamless execution of events and catering services.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to achieve the best possible outcome for the company and the client.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and performance against targets.
Uphold the company's standards of quality and service excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • 00 - AED5,500.00 per month
