Job Title: CCIE - Collaboration Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified CCIE Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex collaboration solutions, including voice, video, messaging, and conferencing systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies and the ability to deliver seamless communication experiences across the organization.
Collaboration Architecture & Design:- Design and implement enterprise-level collaboration solutions using Cisco Collaboration technologies (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber).
Develop and maintain collaboration architectures that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.- Work with stakeholders to design tailored collaboration solutions that align with business objectives.
Implementation & Integration:- Lead the deployment and integration of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including voice, video, and messaging platforms.
Configure and optimize Cisco Unified Communications systems, including call routing, voicemail, and conferencing solutions.- Integrate collaboration systems with existing network infrastructure, including voice gateways, SIP trunks, and contact center solutions.
Troubleshooting & Support:- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues related to Cisco Collaboration environments.
Conduct root cause analysis of collaboration-related incidents and implement corrective actions.- Offer technical support and guidance to junior engineers and IT staff on collaboration technologies.
Optimization & Upgrades:- Continuously monitor and optimize collaboration systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to services.- Evaluate new collaboration technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Documentation & Reporting:- Maintain comprehensive documentation of collaboration configurations, processes, and changes.
Prepare detailed reports on collaboration system performance, usage, and incidents.- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all deployed solutions and integrations.
CCIE Certification in Collaboration
(mandatory).- years of hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies, including Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Webex, and Cisco Jabber.
In-depth knowledge of voice and video technologies, including SIP, H.323, MGCP, and RTP.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies related to collaboration (e.g., QoS, Multicast, VLANs).
Experience with Cisco voice gateways, session border controllers, and contact center solutions.- Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing collaboration environments for high availability and performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and service reliability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
