Job Title: CCIE - Routing & Switching Engineer

• Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CCIE Routing & Switching Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex routing and switching environments. This role requires a proactive professional who can deliver high-quality network solutions while ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Key Responsibilities:

Network Design & Implementation:

• Design, configure, and deploy complex routing and switching networks.

Ensure network infrastructure aligns with business goals and industry standards.

• Provide guidance on network architecture and best practices.

Network Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues related to routing, switching, and network performance.

Optimize network performance by analyzing and improving existing network infrastructure.

• Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents and provide long-term solutions.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Technical Leadership & Support:

Provide technical leadership to junior network engineers and IT staff.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on routing and switching technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that support business objectives.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes.

• Prepare detailed network reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Required Qualifications:

CCIE Certification in Routing & Switching (mandatory).

• years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in [Cisco, Juniper, or other relevant networking equipment].

• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP, VTP).

Proficient in network security practices and technologies (e.g., ACLs, firewalls, VPNs).

• Experience with network monitoring tools and software (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
