Job Overview:
Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Center TV Room in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and best practice.
Key Performance Areas:
Constantly analyzing the CCTVs for unusual actions and controlling the entire span of screens.
Recording required events, incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.
Report any emergencies or danger alerts.
Report to IT team and maintenance technicians to maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations and also to ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times and to report equipment failure to the Chief Security Officer or Chief Quality Officer and Management or IT Manager.
Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and dealing efficiently with all enquiries from CCTV locations.
Liaising with the Government security agencies and members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.

Knowledge:
Bachelor s degree or Diploma from a Higher Institute in any relevant field.
Good Knowledge of CCTV systems and devices.
Knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
Skills:
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Private/commercial security experience/background is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in basic computer programs.
