Role Summary
The CCTV Operator is responsible for handing all aspects related to the operations of the CCTV.
ROLE PROFILE
- Observe company's property and staff.
- Observe store for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
- Identify criminals and inform secuirty personell.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Maintain CCTV equipment
- Delete or archive old footage when required according to set standards and procedures
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Security certificate or equivalent preferred.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Adapt in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills.
