Tiger Properties Building is a leading property management company specializing in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our residential and commercial buildings. We are currently seeking an experienced Ceramic Tiles Installer to join our team and contribute to the beautiful and functional renovation of our properties.
The Ceramic Tiles Installer will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of ceramic tiles on various surfaces, including floors, walls, and backsplashes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive as needed.- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
Install tiles according to design plans and specifications, using tools such as tile cutters, trowels, and spacers.
- Apply grout and sealant to tiled areas, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.- Maintain and clean installation tools and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete tasks on time and within budget.
Report any issues or concerns regarding tile installation or surface conditions to the supervisor.
Proven experience as a Ceramic Tiles Installer or similar role.- Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or vocational training in tile installation is a plus.
