JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for designing and maintaining change management framework:
- Monitor the implementation and adherence to change management framework by internal and external stakeholders
- Provide direction in development of messages and the Propper delivery channels
- Capable of measuring the effectiveness of Change management activities.
- Manage and monitor the Change
- Management Function
- Communicate the output if the Change
- Management function and the performance of the function.
- Manages the development, maintenance and operation of the change and adoption framework
- Facilitate stakeholder participation in all parts of the change and adoption framework
- Provide constant guidance on areas of improvement and potential risks.
- Manage the approval process for all Change and Adoption Function deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or management-related disciplines (or equivalent years of practical.
- Experience in Change Management for 4 years and more.
- Professional Certification in Change Management such as PROSCI, CCMP, or APMG.
- Professional Certification in Project Management such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2. Program Management is a plus. (PgMP, MSP).
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic).
