Job Purpose:
To lead and facilitate organisational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with EKFC's revised strategic objectives (Strategy 2.0) an, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing adaptability and innovation across the enterprise.
Key Result Areas:
- Manage the change management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost optimization resulting in optimal utilization of resources and cost-effective change management processes.
- Develop change management strategies aligned with long-term Company goals and orchestrate detailed plans specifying objectives, processes, timelines, and resource needs that leads to integration of change initiatives driving organizational wide growth, resilience, and successful transformations.
- Develop collaborations across departments to synchronize change initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of change management professionals to implement communication strategies that inform and engage entire organisation to embrace change which then leads to successful transformation measured through stakeholder feedback, employee engagement, innovation rates, change success rates.
- Evaluate potential risk changes and develop comprehensive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring better prediction accuracy and enhanced effectiveness in risk management.
- Analyze proposed risk changes and develop strategies to mitigate them, resulting in improved prediction accuracy and enhanced risk management effectiveness.
- Lead efforts to enhance organizational adaptability and innovation, prepare employees for change, and engage stakeholders throughout changes, assessed by employee engagement, innovation rates, stakeholder feedback, and organizational climate feedback, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and higher organizational resilience.
- Manage digital integration projects to align with change management and business strategies, resulting in enhanced technological benefits and improved business performance.
- Ensure change management activities comply with organizational ethics and regulation, resulting in improved organizational reputation and reduced risk of compliance issues.
- Incorporate sustainability and CSR into change strategies to meet ESG commitments, and track change initiative progress and outcomes using sustainability metrics, Environment Sustainability Governence ratings, and CSR feedback, resulting in enhanced sustainability performance and stronger stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification in business administration, organizational development, psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management from recognized institutions such as Prosci or the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) is highly advantageous and preferred.
- Project Management Professional(PMP) Certificate is preferred.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in a change management role, preferably within a large or complex organization.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and implementing successful change initiatives and projects, with the ability to manage change in a way that minimizes employee resistance and maximizes employee engagement.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams and stakeholders through the change process.
- Strategic thinking to align change management strategies with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Budget management skills to oversee the financial aspects of change initiatives, ensuring they deliver value for money.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate the vision, strategy, and details of change initiatives to a diverse audience.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and manage expectations across all levels of the organization.
Additional Skills:
- Analytical skills to conduct impact analyses, identify risks, and prepare mitigation strategies.
- Ability to measure and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives through various success metrics.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies for continuous improvement efforts.
- Competence in overseeing digital transformation projects and ensuring technology integration meets strategic business needs.
- Experience in designing and executing learning and development programs to support change.
- Familiarity with monitoring and reporting on change initiatives, including KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Understanding of organizational ethics policies, compliance requirements, and CSR considerations in change management.
