Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Coordinator at Change Me Clinic. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, scheduling appointments, coordinating with patients and medical staff, assisting in patient care, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office

Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred

Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
