Channel Account Manager - Video Security Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Account Manager, specializing in video security solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the video security market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our video security solutions effectively.
Sales Management:
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Assist partners in the development of business plans and marketing strategies to promote our products.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the video security industry.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on competitor products and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Partner Support and Training:
- Provide technical and sales training to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Offer ongoing support to address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Organize and participate in partner events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the video security or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strong understanding of video security solutions and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
