About Baseus: Baseus is a global leader in consumer electronics, renowned for our innovative and high-quality products designed to enhance everyday life through smart technology. As we continue to expand our presence in the Middle East, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Channel Manager to lead our efforts in managing and growing our distribution and retail channels in the region.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Consumer Electronics Channel Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to drive the growth of Baseus in Dubai and across the Middle East. This role will focus on developing and executing channel strategies, managing key retail and distribution partners, and maximizing sales performance across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel management within the consumer electronics sector and a deep understanding of the region's market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute effective channel strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance the customer experience across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels in the UAE and broader Middle East region.
  • Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail and distribution partners. Ensure their success by providing support, training, and ongoing communication to meet business objectives.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to set channel-specific sales targets, monitor performance, and implement action plans to achieve goals.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize strategies. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Product Launches & Promotions: Oversee the execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels. Ensure marketing materials are aligned with Baseus brand and resonate with target audiences.
  • Training & Support: Equip channel partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively sell and promote Baseus products.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support, to align strategies and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels, including e-commerce, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in these channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data insights to drive decision-making.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE and Middle Eastern consumer electronics market and trends.
  • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic and/or Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
