• Position:Charge Nurse - Out-Patient Department

• Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Out-Patient Department.

• Lead and support a team of skilled nurses, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.

Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other departments to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Oversee patient admissions, assessments, and discharges in accordance with hospital protocols.

Act as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in performance evaluations, training, and development of nursing staff.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum 05 years of experience in Out-Patient Department in a hospital set-up in UAE.

Minimum of 02 years of experience as a Charge Nurse in Out-Patient Department in a hospital set-up in UAE.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with emergency room protocols, equipment, and technologies.
