Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Sales Specialist at My Air Deal located in Dubai. The Charter Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and delivering training. The role also involves sales management duties. The specialist will work closely with the operations team to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential charter clients through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to promote charter services.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze client feedback and market data to improve service offerings.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of charter services.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote services.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Qualification

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the charter or travel industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in the charter flight industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and charter flight operations is a plus.

Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
