Job Description

Presentail is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints
  • Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, payment processing, and product recommendations
  • Utilize company resources to accurately and efficiently address customer needs
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
