MICO WORLD is currently hiring English speakers for Chatting customer service agents to participate in our platform
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to users inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to address users needs and improve overall service delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through problem-solving steps to resolve issues.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers and provide informed solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 - 3 years of customer service or telesales
- Excellent English
- Ex Talabat, Etisalat UAE or Noon are preferable
