Your Day to Day
In a nutshell, as Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the preparations of assigned sections by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests.
You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and provide direction to all the kitchen helpers including demi chefs, commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards.
In addition, you will communicate to your Sous Chef any challenges, guest or internal comments and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
You'll report to the Sous Chef, and you'll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

You will be responsible for supervising the production and running of the kitchen in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai.
The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background and notable skills & experience in International, Asian Italian & Mediterranean cuisines. Ideally, you'll have a minimum one year in a similar role.
You should have an energetic and fun personality, be passionate about people and hospitality.
Excellent Communication And Problem-solving Skills Are Essential.
