We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie with expertise in bakery operations to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry, with the ability to execute a variety of baked goods and pastries to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing bakery operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in every product.
Baking and Production:- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure high-quality products.- Adjust recipes and techniques as needed to maintain consistency and quality.
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining par levels to avoid shortages.
Monitor and ensure that all baked goods meet the restaurants standards for taste, texture, and appearance.- Conduct regular taste tests and product reviews to maintain quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment and tools used in the bakery.
Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, with at least [X] years in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
