Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Marella Restaurant Taif located in A if. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing food orders, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, and assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and creation. You will also supervise and train junior kitchen staff, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
