YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Inspire Culinary Artistry : Creating a vibrant dining experience featuring international dishes and comfort foods in the comfort of their room.
Manage Station Operations: Manage operations of your designated kitchen station, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and organization to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
Maintain Hygiene Standards: Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, adhering to health regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
Collaborate with Culinary Team: Collaborate with the culinary team, including Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef, to execute and develop new culinary experiences.
