Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Qanateer Company located in Taif. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast meals according to the menu, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and managing inventory and supplies. The Chef will also collaborate with the team to develop new recipes, monitor food safety and sanitation standards, and train and supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Experience in menu planning and recipe development
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
• Certificate or degree in culinary arts or relevant field is beneficial
