Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Chef at Seafood Factory located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking seafood dishes according to established recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, inventory control, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to creating unique and delicious seafood dishes that will delight our customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a seafood-focused restaurant
• Knowledge of seafood preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to create innovative and visually appealing seafood dishes
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• A culinary degree or certification is a plus
