Your Impact:

You will be part of our industry-leading software consultancy team and will leverage your technical expertise and innovative thinking to develop and deliver process engineering software solutions, such as Aspen Plus and Aspen HYSYS, to our diverse customer base. Your role will involve problem-solving, customer consultations, and the implementation of our cutting-edge technologies to address complex client issues.

The Job:

• Develop industry-specific solutions by attending customer discovery sessions, assessing needs, and creating tailored solutions.
• Apply your chemical engineering knowledge to provide expert advice on Aspen Tech solutions and services, establishing a credible value proposition.
• Deliver ongoing technical support and consultancy to ensure client satisfaction and solution effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A solid understanding of chemical processes, products, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
