Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chemist at GP Global MAG LLC. As a Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, quality control, and analysis of lubricant products. You will also play a key role in research and development activities, including the formulation and improvement of lubricant products to meet market demands and regulatory standards.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for inventory control of laboratory chemicals and utilities
Testing customer complaint samples, third party samples and used oil Samples.
Ability to make test reports for third party/customer samples.
Identification of Non-conformance/Deviation of results and carry out CA/PA
To assist QM for implementation and maintenance of laboratory management system.
Responsible for maintenance of Lab register, ISO, and HSE documentation in the laboratory, calibration of laboratory instrument as per the schedule, and maintenance schedule of laboratory instruments.
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, pressure etc.. and disposal of laboratory wastes.
Previous experience in the LUBRICNAT INDUSTRY
is mandatory- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills
- Strong research abilities
Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols- Knowledge of lubricant industry
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
