Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operation, reporting, compliance, and to assist the Director of Finance ensuring the hotel financial strategy is implemented in accordance with Hotel's policy & procedures.
  • Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and feedback. Ensure the team's work is accurate, timely, and meets the organization's standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of accounting and financial software systems. Ensure integration with other operational systems.

  • Strategic planning: Participate in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
