Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Commercial Officer at New City Developments in Cairo, Egypt. The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee business planning, sales strategies, budgeting, strategic planning, and account management to drive commercial success and growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with the company's overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Business Planning, Strategic Planning, and Budgeting skills
• Sales and Account Management expertise
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Strong Engineering Background and Education
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
