Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Egyptian Chief Engineer at Charmillion Hotels & Resorts in Sharm El Sheikh. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the efficient functioning of all facilities and equipment within the resorts. The Chief Engineer will also be involved in planning and executing maintenance and repair projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing energy-saving initiatives.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in engineering, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications in engineering are a plus
