Staybridge Suites, located in the heart of Beirut, is seeking a qualified Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operational aspects of our luxurious all-suite hotel. This pivotal role demands a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering as a fundamental qualification to ensure the technical proficiency and expertise required for this position.
As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel s infrastructure, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include the supervision of the maintenance team, planning and implementing preventative maintenance measures, and responding swiftly to any engineering issues or emergencies within the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of managing maintenance operations in a similar environment. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
