As the Chief Enterprise Architect at Mller's Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and technology teams to define and execute a comprehensive enterprise architecture vision that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. Your role will be crucial in driving technology innovation, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems, and shaping the future direction of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the enterprise architecture enables business transformation and growth
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and platforms that support the company's long-term vision and drive innovation
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight for major projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to the enterprise architecture framework
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Chief Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior leadership role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
- Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and enterprise-wide technology infrastructure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of leading and managing technology teams and projects
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
- Experience in a global or multinational organization, managing enterprise architecture initiatives across different regions and business units
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
