Position: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Riyadh, KSA
We have recently been mandated by a leading Technology Entity to hire a CFO to join their growing team in KSA.
- Collaborate with various departments to prepare the company's annual budget.
- Manage treasury functions and maintain strong relationships with major banks.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit reports.
- Oversee the finance team in producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports.
- Work closely with shareholders to provide necessary financial data.
- Regularly report financial updates to the audit committee and board of directors.
- Lead communications with external IPO consultants and investors, preparing the company for its IPO in Saudi Arabia.
Selection Criteria:
- Knowledge & Experience
- Over 15 years of experience in finance, with a preference for backgrounds in cloud services or the ICT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IPO processes and capital operations.
- More than 10 years of enterprise management experience.
- Experience with companies listed in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Skills
- Exceptional team leadership and the ability to work effectively within international, virtual teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, including experience in upward communication with senior management.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
