Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at E DADDY OFFICIAL located in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, creating and analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills. The CFO will also work closely with other departments to strategize and ensure financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Funding and Investments: Oversee fundraising activities, including equity financing, venture capital, and strategic partnerships. Identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and negotiate funding terms to support the company's growth initiatives.
- Debt Financing: Manage debt financing initiatives, including debt structuring, loan negotiations, and refinancing strategies. Optimize capital structure and leverage debt instruments to support business expansion while managing financial risk effectively.
- Financial Operations: Direct all aspects of finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity in financial data and reporting to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the executive level. Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes and mitigate risks.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial interests and reputation. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to develop talent and drive organizational excellence.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure transparency, trust, and alignment of interests with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
- Extensive experience in fundraising, venture capital, and debt financing, with a deep understanding of capital markets and investment strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
