Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a
Chief Financial Officer for one of our partners in the Food and Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic planning in line with the organization's mission and values that contribute toward maintaining our growing market share, reimbursement, maximization, and cost containment including productivity improvement.
- Review and communicate financial information and reports to the management
- Evaluate planned and existing programs as they relate to profitability, marginal efficiency, and reimbursement.
- Develop a detailed budget, ensure regular communication with department heads regarding budget variance, and recommend/implement opportunities to more efficiently utilize resources and maintain a lean cost structure.
- Develop creative ways to better leverage the economies of scale and synergies with the central operations.
- Develop an analytical function within finance to aid both field and centralized operations in proactively determining issues and opportunities.
- Provide leadership to functional management and staff.
- Ensure roles/responsibilities and performance measures of success are established and communicated.
- Work closely with the Leadership and Strategy team to analyze the economics associated with developing new service lines and business models.
- Work on selecting strategic opportunities as they develop.
- Direct budget and forecasting activities including cashflow management
- Develop and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Build and manage a successful operating infrastructure in Finance and manage bank relationships
- Ability to build teams, and manage and influence people, processes, and customer relationships concurrently.
- Develop and administ the policies on finance, accounting, insurance, information technology, internal control and auditing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance (Master's degree preferred) + CPA or CMA
- 15+ years of post-graduate and progressive financial experience with the past 5 to 7 years in a very senior finance role.
- Ability to function as a strong member of a highly motivated and integrated management team.
- Ability to build teams, and manage and influence people, processes, and customer relationships concurrently.
