We are looking for an Chief Financial Officer to join our team located in Dubai HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,

Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management or a similar role,

In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) including strong technical accounting skills and application of standards in practical manner,

Proven track record in internal and external audit processes, including developing and improving audit frameworks,

Strong ability of cash management

Excellent knowledge of investment assessment for decisions

Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial planning,

Experience in managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies,

CPA license preferred,

Experience in Big 4 companies is a plus,

Strong decision making and critical thinking skills

Excellent Excel skills and high competence with other Microsoft Office applications

Excellent ability to influence with a collaborative nature, strong communication/social skills

Fluent in English with both written and verbal,

Residing in Dubai or able to move.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading the development and implementation of financial strategies, including general accounting, cost accounting, finance, budgeting and reporting functions, analyzing the present financial status and ensuring that actions and initiatives undertook lead to improved financial management systems and processes,

Managing the annual budget and strategic planning process,

Ensuring the project finance needs of the company, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with banks and other financial institutions,

Leading the financial components of initiatives undertaken by the company, while developing best practices of financial management,

Responsible for the assessment of financial risks undertaken by the Company and risk management,,

Responsible for providing all management reports required by Koton HQ

Conducting financial modeling and return on investment (ROI) analysis for projects,

Working with the board of directors to address financial issues and implement strategies for economic improvement.
