Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of human resources policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Oversee the review and optimization of the organizational structure to align with strategic objectives while adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct human resource planning processes to identify and address staffing needs across organizational units.
  • Manage the design and implementation of compensation frameworks, including incentive and reward systems, ensuring alignment with legal standards and best practices.
  • Approve and provide guidance on strategic and annual workforce plans, offering insights and actionable recommendations as needed.
  • Supervise the analysis and reporting of annual performance evaluations, addressing benchmarking, grievances, and complaints, and recommending financial and non-financial rewards.
  • Oversee the assessment of employee training and development requirements to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Direct the development of succession planning programs in collaboration with senior management, leveraging performance evaluation results and organizational needs.
  • Manage payroll and expense-related operations, including travel, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and compensation processes, ensuring policy compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the accurate documentation and ongoing maintenance of employee records, including promotions, training, payroll, and deductions, in line with organizational and legal standards.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to effectively integrate new employees, ensuring they are familiarized with organizational goals, policies, regulations, and department functions.
  • Address employee complaints and grievances by supervising investigations and facilitating timely resolutions.
  • Manage internal communication processes to ensure effective information flow and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Lead the development and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR functions, ensuring continuous improvement in collaboration with administrative units.
  • Validate and provide expert recommendations for the organization's HR strategy and business plans.
  • Drive the implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by adopting leading practices and staying informed of changes in international standards and the business environment.
  • Identify and nurture leadership talent through robust recruitment, development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect organizational and employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in HR.
