About the Company:

Our Customer, A leading oil and gas company is seeking a highly experienced Chief HR Officer. The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources strategy, planning, and management. This role will work closely with the executive team to align HR practices with organizational goals, drive talent development, and enhance employee engagement. The CHRO will be instrumental in shaping our clients culture, driving change, and ensuring that HR policies and programs support our clients long-term business objectives.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Align function goals with organizational strategy for maximum impact
  • Drive financial objectives through astute forecasting and budget management
  • Maintain quality service standards while fostering a culture of excellence

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team towards shared objectives.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while setting achievable deadlines.
  • Track performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative Human Capital strategies.
  • Maintain efficient HR systems and oversee talent acquisition efforts.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to nurture talent.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
