Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the Marketing, Public Relations, and Event Planning Departments in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Group brand.
Create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners.
Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing ROI and successfully develop cost-effective solutions.
Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands.
Develop a feasible marketing plan for the sector and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
Requirements:
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field.
10+ years of progressive experience as chief marketing officer or similar role.
Experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns.
Experience in the Real Estate is preferred.
Fluency in English is a must.
