We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing brand presence, and fostering customer engagement. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market position and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to drive online presence and lead generation.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
