Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to provide strategic support and assistance to the executive leadership team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational goals, managing key initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Candidate will be expected to travel to US, UK and Asia.

Must have Middle East and UHNW experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and operational plans.
  • Monitor progress on key projects, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials for meetings and facilitate follow-up actions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing across the organization.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, working closely with department heads to implement best practices.
  • Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the executive leadership team.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and establish project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Leadership Support:
  • Provide direct support to the executive leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership or strategic support role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
