Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to provide strategic support and assistance to the executive leadership team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational goals, managing key initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Candidate will be expected to travel to US, UK and Asia.
Must have Middle East and UHNW experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and operational plans.
- Monitor progress on key projects, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials for meetings and facilitate follow-up actions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing across the organization.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, working closely with department heads to implement best practices.
- Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the executive leadership team.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and establish project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion.
- Leadership Support:
- Provide direct support to the executive leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar leadership or strategic support role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
