About the Role:

As the Chief of Staff, you will help the CEO and leadership team run the company smoothly. Responsible for making sure everyone is working together towards the same goals, improving how things are done, and keeping communication clear across all departments.

You will work closely with different teams to make sure projects are on track and help guide the company in the right direction. Additionally helping the CEO make important decisions and ensure the company is ready for new challenges and opportunities. Overall, your role is to keep things running efficiently and make sure everyone is focused on what matters most.

What you will deliver:

  • Serve as a liaison between senior leaders and the founder, regarding company climate, project updates, proposals, planning and employee well-being
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees to enhance operational efficiency and effective responsiveness with existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Drive and execute strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by senior leadership

Objectives of this Role:


  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and implementation of various organization-level initiatives
  • Analyze, redesign, and enhance improvements to the org structure and culture by finding gaps and solving for them
  • Contribute in establishing the organizations roadmap, implement strategy, and oversee development
  • Research and track industry trends and opportunities to leverage new services that enhance the organization's competitive edge
  • Oversee budget including investment of new tools, talent, and project timelines
  • Work on the hiring plan and pipeline management with the recruitment team and the leaders
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and metrics to assess performance
  • Assist in aligning organizational plan and infrastructure with overall business strategy

Must Haves for the Role:


  • 5+ years of experience in business management and Project Management roles
  • Consulting/corporate strategy/entrepreneurial/P&L ownership experience would be preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and aligning cross-functional teams and departments
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile and dedicated to bringing about operational efficiencies
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Proven experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • MBA would be preferred but not necessary
