***DIVING SUPPORT VESSEL (DSV) EXPERIENCE MANDATORY***

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)
1. Supervise deck planned maintenance programme.
2. Act as the assistant to the Master onboard the vessel.
3. Prepare the bridge for sea as required by statute and reporting any equipment defects and oversee navigational chart work, passage planning, and ensure that all navigational charts and publications are located and up to date.
4. Operate the vessel in an accident-free environment by fully implementing Company's Safety Management System and complying with Class, Flag Stateand International Maritime rules and regulations.
5. Assist to Master in emergency response.
6. Assist to Master with respect to the vessel's stability.
7. Responsible for stock levels of deck stores and the ordering of same.
8. Act as DP Operator when required and regular watchkeeper when on either in port, in transit or at anchor.
9. Acting Radio Operator onboard the assigned vessel where required.
10. Responsible for implementing drills onboard and make sure Life Saving Appliances (LSA) and Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) equipment onboard is tested on regular basis and up to date certified.

Educational Qualifications:
* STCW qualifications
* Unlimited DP Operator Certificate.

Experience Profile:
* Minimum 2 (two) years experience in a similar position on DP2 offshore vessels.
