Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Fleet Management - Specializing in Food and Beverage Delivery Services
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage operations for a fleet of 5,000+ biker riders on a variable pay per delivery model.
Implement and optimize technology systems to enhance rider productivity and efficiency.
Manage cash collection processes from riders, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
Lead and supervise Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis to understand costs and revenues on a per-client basis.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between operations, tech, finance, and customer service.
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor key performance metrics and operational KPIs for data-driven decisions.
Mentor and coach operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the food and beverage delivery services industry, with a focus on fleet management.
Proven track record of managing a sizable fleet of biker riders (over 1,000) in a dynamic environment.
Strong expertise in implementing and optimizing technology systems for operational efficiency.
Experience in managing cash collection procedures and financial processes related to rider transactions.
Proficiency in P&L analysis and interpreting financial data for strategic decisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive organizational change and inspire teams.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
