Ready to keep the heart of Mamas kitchen running smoothly and sparkling clean Were looking for a Chief Steward to lead our back-of-house team, ensuring top-notch hygiene, safety, and seamless operations at Mama Shelter Dubai!
Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It
- Youre the hygiene guru, mastering all UAE health & safety regulations and ensuring were HACCP-compliant at every turn.
- Keep breakages in check and give feedback to reduce losses. Mamas dishes deserve it!
- Control costs like a pro and manage payroll efficiently to keep things smooth and flexible.
- Take charge of stewarding operations, from staffing to ensuring a clean and organized back-of-house, all while providing friendly and professional service.
- Be hands-on during busy times, assisting your team and leading by example.
- Stay on top of inventories, managing all equipment and supplies so everythings ready when its needed.
- Coordinate daily with the kitchen and F&B teams, making sure clean and dry equipment is always available.
- Oversee the night cleaning and ensure the highest standards are met across all areas.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure were always in tip-top shape.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
- Lead your team with training, feedback, and mentorship, creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive.
