- Youll ensure proper sanitation standards are met through maintenance of local health and sanitation codes.
- Youll prepare and maintain all outlet par stocks with the Restaurant Managers and prepare coat breakage reports for section.
- Youll coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager on all equipment pertaining to festivals, promotions and V.I.P. Banquet set up.
- Youll observe, coach, motivate and counsel team, performs staff appraisals/disciplinary actions if required.
- You'll maintain and improve service quality and productivity, at the same time reduce operating equipment and other costs.

- Youve a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Youve good communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
- Youre service oriented with an eye for details.
- Youve ability to set priorities and multi-task.
