Job Summary: The Chief Surveyor will lead surveying operations for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves overseeing a team of surveyors, managing project timelines, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor survey staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Perform complex surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, using advanced surveying equipment and software.
- Quality Assurance: Review survey data for accuracy and completeness, implementing quality control measures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
